If your tracking information shows that your package was delived but you cannot fint it verify that the address your provided at check out was correct, look for a notice that they attempted to deliver it, check if maybe a neighbor accested it for you.
Reach out to the shipping company and see if they can reach out to the driver to see if the package was delivered to the wrong address. Wait 48 hrs. it is rare but sometimes packages are marked delivered before they arrive.
If your order has not arrived within 48 hrs. of it saying delivered, please send an email to hisnherstumblers@yahoo.com with the following information.
Order number
First and last name on order
Shipping address on order
Order date and total
Order tracking number
We will get it sorted it out as fast as possible.
Yes and No if the order has not been filled yet you can email us at hisnherstumblers@yahoo.com or call us at 717-435-9433 and we can add to your order and send out a separate invoice for the item/items that are added to your order. If the order has been filled and is in the process of being shipped, you will have to place another order. If you need to make changes to your address, please notify us right away so we can make changes if the packages have been shipped, please contact the shipping carrier to try and get the problem sorted so you are able to receive the package.
